THIS UNIT IS MOSTLY USED FOR EXTENDED STAYS.
Major entertaining, use as a showroom or any other commercial
use is not allowed without previous agreement.

The Carriage house accommodation is a second-story studio apartment adjacent to the Townhouse with private street entrance. It has three skylights, double-pane windows, shutters, small kitchen, bath, queen sized bed with a TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS! A DOWN COMFORTER, wall to wall carpeting and a futon sofa bed. A/C, ceiling fan, C.D. player, color DirectTV. 530 channels, HBO.CINEMAX, VCR, DVD, as well as a private telephone line and answering machine.
Local Internet wireless also available.
Breakfast is not included on a daily basis but you are greeted with a stocked fridge of fruit juices, bagels, bialys, sweet butter, jams, coffee, fruit to last the first four days.
The unit is made up every seven days or as is needed.
Smoking is allowed in moderation
A one flight walk up.

Call the day before departure. They will want to know your Airline, flight number and time of arrival. Be sure and ask the price. If landing at J.F.K. or L.G.A. airports tell the driver you want to go over the Williamsburg Bridge and save paying a tunnel toll. (Not to mention the view!) A $5.00 tip is fine.
